Sanpower Group broadens House of Fraser brands

Department store House of Fraser is to start selling premium Chinese brands previously unavailable in the UK, thanks to a new supply program driven by its owner Sanpower Group.

Its trade orders will now be managed by the new Sanpower Supply Chain and Branding Management Centre, broadening its product range.

By awarding products “quality and credit endorsements”, House of Fraser believes it can transform the traditional image in the UK and Europe of products labelled “Made in China”.

“Chinese manufacturing has transformed in recent years from extensive processing and production into a new era marked by independent designs, proprietary brands and innovation,” says Sanpower’s new commerce industry group CEO Kong Jun.
