Malaysian food chain I Love Yoo! has opened its third Singapore outlet.

“Our affordable food and drinks are freshly cooked, based on traditional recipes that remain an integral part of an Asian and Chinese culinary culture and heritage; delicious yet affordable,” said co-founder Jeffrey Leong, explaining the eatery’s concept.

I Love Yoo! has grown to 60 outlets in Malaysia and Brunei, just 11 years after it was founded in Kuala Lumpur. The new Singapore store is at 231 New Bridge Road.

The franchised food retailer offers affordable and freshly-prepared street-side food in a comfortable space, making customers “feel right at home”.

The menu includes a combination of daily and freshly made on-site dough fritters, pastries such as sesame balls and curry puffs that come in various flavours, sweet potato and yam balls, herb roasted chicken, dried scallop porridge and soya bean milk drinks.

Menu items range from S$1.30 for a dough fritter to S$7.90 for a set meal.
