The first Bath & Body Works India store in Chennai opens tomorrow.

The store, more than 1000sqft in size, is located inside Express Avenue Mall and showcases a broad array of products, ranging from body lotion and body wash to body mist, hand wash, candles and gift sets.

Tushar Ved, president of Major Brands India, which operates Bath & Body Works India, said: “We have gone all out with massive first-hand customer experience zone, radio, print ads for the launch. So far we have received a grand welcome from the city and the excitement is building up towards our launch date tomorrow at 2pm.

“Chennai is an upcoming city with a great mix of cosmopolitan crowd … It’s a great market for beauty and essentials,” added Ved. “From the date of announcing the launch we have been flooded with inquiries on social media. We have understood Chennai’s weather and are launching the right set of fragrances which will surely captivate the market. Also, we would be introducing fresh fragrances every two months to keep our customers excited.”
