Konka is returning to the Sri Lankan market through a strategic partnership with Flico, a subsidiary of Future Life Holdings (FLI).
The Chinese electronics company first entered the country in 2021, and offered a variety of smart screens for educational institutions and businesses.
Flico has recently opened two Konka showrooms in Maharagama and Pelawatte and will expand its product line to include televisions, refrigerators, deep freezers, and washing machines.
Additionally, the showrooms will provide warranties, spare parts, and repair services for household appliances of any model.
Fiona You, senior manager of Konka’s international business division shared her optimism about the company’s re-entry
“This partnership reflects our dedication to providing innovative and high-quality products to consumers worldwide,” she concluded.
“We look forward to offering Sri Lankan customers the best of Konka’s technology and value.”
Established in 2016 as a microfinance company, FLI has since expanded its operations into various sectors including hospitality, retail, agro-industrial services, IT, advertising and media, travel and tourism, and consumer electronics.
