Jollibee Group has reported strong momentum across its coffee and tea and Chinese cuisine segments, driven by rapid international expansion, improved store economics and disciplined execution across key brands.

The coffee and tea segment continues to lead growth, with Compose Coffee and Highlands Coffee accelerating store openings and strengthening market positions.

In South Korea, Compose Coffee has surpassed 3000 stores, adding 1000 outlets in under 18 months, while its app has reached 17.59 million cumulative users following a major celebrity-led campaign.

“Compose Coffee’s explosive growth in the world’s ‘Coffee Republic’ proves its ability to scale with quality, value, and brand love,” said Richard CW Shin, CEO, Jollibee Group International, and global chief financial and risk officer, at Jollibee Group.

“As we bring this momentum to more international markets, we see significant opportunities to create long‑term value for shareholders. Compose Coffee is a strategic growth engine for the Jollibee Group’s international portfolio, and we are committed to investing behind its global potential.”

In Vietnam, Highlands Coffee remains the country’s leading coffee brand by market share, with a store network approaching 1000 locations and more than 100 million customers served annually.

The Chinese cuisine segment also recorded notable progress. Yonghe King expanded its footprint in China by opening 35 new franchised stores last month under a more efficient store model, supporting the Group’s push toward stabilised and sustainable operations in the market.

Tim Ho Wan gained traction post-acquisition, with all Hong Kong stores reportedly returning to profitability within six months and early US performance proving encouraging. The opening of Tim Ho Wan Irvine marked the brand’s first company-operated US store under Jollibee Group, with 20 North American locations targeted by 2028.
