Domino’s China operator, DPC Dash, has reported strong revenue growth and aggressive store expansion nationwide in FY25.

The company posted a 24.8 per cent year-over-year increase in revenue, reaching RMB 5.38 billion (around US$778 million).

The company continued its disciplined ‘Go Deeper, Go Broader’ strategy, expanding into new cities while strengthening its presence in existing markets.

“We continued to follow a disciplined expansion strategy, strategically ‘deepening’ our penetration in existing cities and ‘broadening’ our reach into new markets,” said CEO Aileen Wang on the earnings call.

“DPC Dash observed strong performance in new stores in new growth markets. These stores delivered average daily sales ahead of historical averages and clearly demonstrated the attractive unit economics and capital efficiency of our development model.”

DPC Dash opened 307 net new stores last year, entering 21 new cities and bringing its total network to 1315 stores across 60 cities. Tier 1 city markets delivered positive same-store sales growth throughout the year, and the company held all top positions in global Domino’s records for the first 30-day sales of new stores as of January 31.

“By capturing meaningful efficiency gains and leveraging the advantages of scale, we strengthened profitability and built a solid foundation for long-term, sustainable success,” added Helen Wu, CFO of DPC Dash.

The company also reported strong engagement with its loyalty program, which grew to 35.6 million members last year, up 45.3 per cent from 24.5 million in 2024.

Looking ahead, DPC Dash expects to open approximately 350 new stores in FY26. As of March 20, the company has opened 140 net new stores, with 14 under construction and 65 signed for future development.
