Chocolatier opens Hong Kong flagship

Italian fine chocolatier Venchi has opened its flagship store at the Pottinger, Stanley St, Hong Kong.

Venchi was founded by Silviano Venchi in Piedmont in 1878. It boasts gluten free products and uses no preservatives. It also offers a special line of ‘no added sugar’ chocolates sweetened with maltitol, ideal for people who suffer from glycemic disorders or those on a hypocaloric diet.

The chocolatier produces over 350 specialty chocolates, exporting them worldwide, and since 2006, it has also included ice creams in its range.

Venchi has also flagships in the Asian markets of Singapore, China and Japan.
