Louis Vuitton has added Kazakhstan to its list of international markets by opening a store in Almaty.

The French luxury brand has opened the first Kazakhstan store at Esentai Mall. The flagship store spans across 250 sqm and offers ready-to-wear, accessories, jewellery, shoes and luggage for men and women.

“The opening of a store in Kazakhstan continues our pioneering spirit. It coincides once more with a unique context of rapid cultural and economic development,” said Louis Vuitton CEO Yves Carcelle.

Esentai Mall will also host luxury brands Dior and Prada which are due to open their doors soon.

Earlier this month, American specialty retailer Saks also opened at Esentai Mall which marked its entry into the Kazakhstan market.
