Italian men’s fashion house Brioni has strengthened its presence in Asia with the opening of two new boutiques in China.
The stores are located in China World Mall in Beijing and Matro Mall in Suzhou. The boutiques trace Brioni’s innovative store concept and are fitted out with unique furniture.
With a floorspace of 200sqm, the boutique in Beijing is the largest in China and features an internal layout that melds the minimalist rigor of the mirrored wardrobes with the flair of quilted leather armchairs. Materials such as lacquer, brass, bronze are reflected on contemporary furnishings and lush pieces.
The smaller 120sqm Suzhou store features interiors created with materials that blend innovation and tradition. It features a mix of shiny surfaces such as bronze and brass that play with the light when combined with the transparency of the glass balconies.
With these latest openings, Brioni has increased the number of its stores in China to 14.
Brioni was acquired by apparel and accessories group PPR last November.
