DLF to open India’s largest mall

Real estate developer DLF has appointed Beyond Squarefeet as its fit-out partner for its shopping mall coming up in Noida – the DLF Mall of India.

At 1.8 million sqft, DLF Mall of India would be the country’s largest mall. The six level mall will offer a retail experience with zones Market Place, International Boulevard, High Street, Family Hub and Entertainment City.

The mall would add many firsts to its portfolio such as: more than 475 retail units, coupled with the largest indoor entertainment city spread over two levels – which would have seven DT star screens and the largest food court with over 1200 seats.

DLF Mall of India will also be the first LEED Gold certified mall in North India.

“The DLF Mall Of India is positioned to provide an experience to our customers and shoppers and we will leave no stone unturned. This partnership is a step towards that,” said Pushpa Bector, senior VP, heading DLF Mall of India.

The team of Beyond Squarefeet has managed mall development and operations of several malls in the country including Lulu Shopping Mall (Cochin), Omaxe Connaught Place (Greater Noida), Malabar Mall (Thrissur), RP Mall (Kollam), Gokulam Galleria (Calicut, Kerala), and many more.
