Sa Sa makes gains on Labour Day

Cosmetics retail group Sa Sa has benefited from continued growth of mainland tourist arrivals during the Labour Day Holiday (April 29 – May 1).

Sa Sa says its retail sales in Hong Kong and Macau rose by approximately 25 per cent during the three-day holiday while same store sales growth was approximately 17 per cent.

CEO Simon Kwok says the figures were in line with the group’s expectation.

Sa Sa had 98 multi-brand stores and two single-brand stores in Hong Kong and Macau as at February.
