Thai company Property Perfect is to open four community malls.

The company says it will allocate 19.5 billion baht (US$637.7 million) for the new centres in Metro West Town on Kalapapruek Rd, Metro East Town in Lat Krabang district, Ram Intra Rd and Ratchadaphisek Rd.

The Metro West Town and Metro East Town community malls will commence construction in the third quarter and are expected to be completed by the end of next year.

The Ram Intra Rd and Ratchadaphisek Rd community malls will begin construction next year and will be completed in 2015.

The company expects the community malls to break even seven years after their opening.

The community malls are to be developed by We Retail Plc.
