Ming Fung Jewellery Group and China Haidian Holdings has agreed to create a luxury retail business in the Greater China Region.

The agreement calls for Ming Fung to be an authorised distributor to China Haidian in the mainland. China Haidian will open specialty stores of luxury jewellery products and other luxury consumer goods including brands of Ming Fung in the Greater China Region.

Ming Fung distributes luxury timepieces and jewellery brands such as Gucci, Damiani, Bliss Gioielli, Calderoni, Salvani, Rocca 1794, Pomellato, Pasquale Bruni, Alfieri and St John.

China Haidian manufactures, designs and distributes watch brands such as Ebohr, Rossini and Eterna. It operates more than 3000 retail outlets in mainland China.
