Duty free shops re-open at Vietnam airport

Vietnam’s Southern Airports Services Company has re-opened two duty-free shops in Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The two duty-free shops, closed since July 2009, are in the arrivals areas for inbound passengers.

The new shops initially offer alcohol, cigarettes, cakes, candies and other items with perfume and cosmetics scheduled to be added in the near future.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is the busiest and largest airport in the country with over 15.5 million passengers annually.
