Sanlian Taofen Bookstore is the first 24-hours bookstore to open in the capital city of China.

It spans 1500 sqm and is operated by SDX Joint Publishing Company.

The bookstore is inspired by Taiwanese bookstore chain Eslite which also operates 24 hour stores at home and in Hong Kong.

It says that while it is inspired by Eslite, it will not include galleries, restaurants, or flower shops in its offer.
