Jeweller Luk Fook is on track to open more stores in Hong Kong’s prime locations despite ongoing rental increases.

It says it is looking to open shops in Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui where some landlords are not asking for rental increases.

The existing Tsim Sha Tsui shop will be expanded and reopen before Christmas.

The jeweller had 44 shops in the city as at the end of June.
