Retail space is up for tender on Kwun Tong wharf.
The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for a three-year tenancy of a government property on the upper deck of the Kwun Tong Passenger Ferry Pier, in Kwun Tong.
The office says the space can be used for a convenience store, supermarket or another type of retail shop, subject to prior approval of the landlord.
The tender notice has been uploaded onto the agency’s website. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Rd, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the website.　
Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the site should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency on or before October 23.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the G/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Rd, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on November 2. Late tenders will not be accepted.
