A Caviar House Pacific Place pop up offers caviar and Balik salmon to those who cannot shop at the airport counters.
The Caviar House & Prunier pop up store is located on the third floor of the luxury shopping centre at Admiralty between Cartier and Hermès and will remain open until April.
Until now, the high end Prunier caviar and Balik salmon has only been available at Hong Kong International Airport, where the brand has counters.
Caviar House & Prunier, which dates back to 1872, sells only the highest quality caviar and salmon and is the only seafood bar in the world to produce its own smoked salmon and sell fresh caviar from the Caspian Sea.
The Pacific Place pop up sells eight types of caviar in different grades and sizes. The most expensive is the Beluga which sells for HK$5000 for 30gm.
Balik salmon is priced at $650 per 100gm.
The pop up also sells Champagne and gift sets.
