Minute List introduces hashtag dining

Singapore’s first video-driven restaurant guide, The Minute List, has made it easy to book a special dining experience, by creating a hashtag booking system on Facebook and Instagram.

In conjunction with several contemporary Singapore restaurants, it is launching the Chef Table Experience, from April 16 to May 10. This event offers special intimate dining experiences in such restaurants as pioneer burger outlet MeatLiquor, British-inspired gastropub Oxwell & Co, Thai street-food restaurant Long Him, modern Alpine restaurant Zott’s, and innovative dining experience Bacchanalia.

The experiences include sampling new dishes before anyone else, uncovering the inspiration behind signatures dishes, and insider tips from the head chefs themselves.
Limited seats are available, which can be booked by searching for the #CHEFTABLENOW tag and scrolling through the dining options, or by clicking on an activation button on The Minute List’s homepage.

Applicants need to add a comment below their preferred dining experience, state the number of seats they want, then type the hashtag so the booking can be processed.
Once confirmed, each guest just needs to show the confirmation reply from The Minute List when arriving at the restaurant.
The Minute List founder, James Rotheram, says the idea is to show Singapore where chefs eat, bartenders drink and baristas get their coffee.

From London, Rotheram has lived and worked in Singapore for more than 10 years. He set up Hurrah! Productions in 2008, growing the business into a 20-person, multi-award-winning agency.
