Starbucks Singapore offers Vivienne Tam range

US-based Hong Kong fashion designer Vivienne Tam has launched a collaboration with Starbucks Singapore.

Outlets are selling a four-piece set by the New York-based designer comprising a double-wall mug, a steel bottle a tote bag and a Starbucks Card for S$128 (US$95).

“I’m always looking for opportunities to apply my designs to everyday objects and products, making them functional and stylish,” says Tam, who has been working with other brands and companies including GM and Lenovo.

She has also designed Chinese New Year costumes for Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and created the first “designer digital clutch” when she turned a Hewlett-Packard notebook computer into a fashion accessory.

There is also her Opera Girl watch face app, which was rated one of the top designs last year, and she has just had an exhibit at the Met Museum, China.
