Briggs & Riley China aligns prices

New York-based luggage brand Briggs & Riley China has aligned its global pricing to ensure consistency for customers around the world.
This move is intended to benefit customers in China by reducing the retail prices of its products there. The move comes as the brand accelerates its worldwide expansion, with new stores in Europe, China and across Asia.
Briggs & Riley has 18 locations in China, a T-Mall store and a new presence on Amazon China. It has also launched both a Sina Weibo account and an official WeChat account, enabling Chinese customers to directly contact the company with questions. They can already contact the company through its Chinese website, www.briggs-riley.cn.
CEO Richard Krulik says a commitment to customers is at the heart of the brand. “We stand behind our product by providing the only lifetime guarantee in the luggage industry. We are very pleased to continue to solidify this commitment to our customers in China, and to ensure consistency of the Briggs & Riley brand and consumer offerings across the world.”
Its luggage can be found in 18 retail locations across China, as well as through its online channels.
