New director for Junefield Department Store Group

Junefield Department Store Group has a new executive director/CEO, Zhang Min.
Zhang, 58, has a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from Beijing Normal College and a Master of Laws from Renmin University of China.
He is an independent non-executive director of China Eco-Farming, and in December was appointed a non-executive director of China Fortune Financial Group. He was previously chairman of the board, executive director and a member of the remuneration committee of China Fortune.
Zhang was also an independent non-executive director of Silver Base Group Holdings, chief marketing officer of China Cinda Asset Management, chief executive of China Construction Bank Corporation, Hong Kong branch., and a director of CCB International (Holdings) and China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the banking industry through his work with the CCBC group, Zhang has entered into a service contract with Junefield for an initial term of two years, and is subject to rotation under the company’s by-laws. He is entitled to receive an annual remuneration of HK$1.3 million (US$167,612), determined by the company’s performance, his duties and responsibilities, and prevailing market conditions.
