Johanna Ho Puma styles exclusive to Macau

Hong Kong-based designer Johanna Ho has turned out a 26-piece capsule collection for Puma that will be sold exclusively at the newly expanded T Galleria by DFS store in Macau’s City of Dreams.
The cornerstone of the Johanna Ho Puma collection is an ‘upcycled’ range of vintage Puma tracksuits, dubbed “Johanna Ho Empowered by Puma”. The range includes limited-edition tracksuits, T-shirts and footwear, with prices ranging from MOP2300 (US$282) to MOP12,000 ($1472).
“I remember wearing my first pair of Puma Suedes while I was a student, and so this collection is not only about designing clothes, but also about a lifestyle, an attitude,” says Ho. “I have always strived to be a sustainable fashion designer, and now through upcycling Puma classic T7 track suits, an iconic Puma design, I can give a new life and edge to these classics.”
In an earlier collaboration, the German athletic company appointed singer Rihanna as creative director. Puma, controlled by Kering, signed her to a three-year contract. There are reports she will present a Fenty Puma by Rihanna collection in Paris after it debuts at New York Fashion Week in February.
