Aboitizland is promising the first authentic Philippines outlet mall in the heart of Calabarzon.
The real estate division of Aboitiz Group says the new centre, The Outlets at Lipa, will be a “world-class shopping destination” set over a 9.3 hectare space. It will sell goods from premium brands from around the world together with local brands and trade 365 days a year.
The centre will be built at Lipa-Malvar, in Batangas, within the Lima Technology Center, a short drive from Metro Manila. Besides apparel retailing, it will feature restaurants and cafes in a family friendly outdoor setting amid trees and walkways.
“Filipino families like driving out of town on weekends, and The Outlets at Lipa will provide them with a new destination where they can get authentic branded items at discounted prices from their favorite international and local brands year-round,” said AboitizLand VP for business innovation, Rafael Fernandez de Mesa.
“Approximately an hour away from Metro Manila, Filipinos can dine, play, shop, and enjoy great deals in an engaging and immersive environment,” he said.
While the opening date is as yet unconfirmed, Aboitizland describes the project as one of its biggest developments in 2017.
