Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) has launched an online gift shop for mobile services, Singtel Online Christmas Gifts.
It allows Singtel postpaid mobile customers to buy Singtel mobile services such as data, Singtel Music and Singtel Newsstand, and send them as gifts to family and friends. Customers can buy multiple gifts of up to SGD200 (US$140) and pay through their monthly bill.
Discounted prices are being offered until December 31. Customers can activate three-month or six-month data subscriptions, six- or 12-month premium Singtel Music subscriptions with KKBox, Saavn, Spotify or Tidal, or six- or 12-month premium Singtel Newsstand digital subscriptions with Fortune, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal or Time.
After choosing a gift online, customers can add a personalised message. The recipient will be notified via SMS within minutes and can redeem the gift before June 30 next.
