Imperial Treasure Restaurant debuts in Hong Kong

Singapore’s Michelin two-star restaurant Imperial Treasure Restaurant Group has opened its first restaurant in Hong Kong.

In Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant showcases Cantonese cuisine and offers a skyline view of Victoria Harbour.

CEO/founder Alfred Leung says Hong Kong has always been close to his heart as it is his home city. “We have always been looking for an opportunity to share our delicacies with the Hong Kong community, and this year we found the right location and timing to do so.”

He says the group spent tens of millions of dollars on the design and fit-out of the restaurant, and already has plans to open a second fine-dining outlet in the city this year.

“We also plan to set up our presence in other international cities like London, Paris, Tokyo and Seoul in the next few years.”

Established in 2004, the Imperial Treasure Restaurant Group manages more than 30 restaurants, ranging from fine Chinese cuisine and premium dining to casual dining and a quick-serve concept, in Singapore and elsewhere in Asia.
