Singapore police arrest man for retail thefts

Singapore police have arrested a 30-year-old man for a series of thefts involving electronic devices.

This follows a report that three power banks worth S$205 (US$145) were stolen from a bookstore. Follow-up investigations led to the suspect’s arrest.

More than 70 electronic items, including power banks, smart watches, wireless earpieces and headphones, were seized. The goods have a total value of about $8000.
