Chanel Singapore will open a pop-up cafe soon, based on the concept just unveiled in Tokyo.

Neither the location or the dates have been revealed as yet, Chanel choosing to tease local beauty bloggers as the first step in the countdown to opening day.

The cafes are being used to boost awareness of Chanel’s new 27-shade range of Rouge Coco lip gloss and other beauty products.

As the photos from the Japanese pop-up at Omotesando in Tokyo show, the cafes are styled with bold pink and white colours and mix make-up bars with somewhere to sit and enjoy a coffee served in blush-pink cups.

Fans of the brand were wowed in Tokyo by an interactive touchscreen wall, in-store make-up artists and somewhere to take selfies. The cafe was also taking advance orders for the yet-to-be-launched range.

Two years ago Chanel opened a themed pop-up space showcasing lipsticks, shaped to resemble the actual product.
