Restaurateur Maxim’s Caterers has revealed the location of the first The Cheesecake Factory Hong Kong restaurant.

The Cheesecake Factory will open at Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsim in May.

It will be the 210th branch in the world, and Maxim’s second location after Shanghai. The Hong Kong F&B company, a subsidiary of Dairy Farm International, has an exclusive licence agreement for the brand in the Asia region.

With its headquarters in California, The Cheesecake Factory was founded in Beverly Hills in 1978 and features more than 250 menu items with more than 50 signature cheesecakes and desserts.
