Hong Kong has its own The Cheesecake Factory, which opened under a licensing agreement at Harbour City yesterday.
The Cheesecake Factory Hong Kong offers more than 200 menu items made in house, including more than 30 signature cheesecakes and desserts.
Its new outlet features imported limestone floors and custom wood columns, as well as hand-painted murals.
Launched in 1978, the company and its subsidiaries runs 208 full-service, casual-dining restaurants throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Its trademarks include Grand Lux Cafe and RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen, which features cuisine from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
