H&M Vietnam launching first store next month

H&M Vietnam will launch its first store on September 9, according to the Swedish fast-fashion brand’s Facebook page.

Opposite Vietnam’s first Zara store, the 2200 sqm outlet is in Vincom Center Dong Khoi, Ho Chi Minh City.

“We hope Vietnam, our 68th market, will be the next potential land for the brand to grow,” says H&M Southeast Asia country manager Fredrik Famm.

The store will feature all H&M’s basic lines for women, men and children, as well as the new H&M Studio collection which will be followed by global ranges such as Erdem x H&M and The Weekend’s Selection, as well as other festival collections, by the end of the year.

Before opening its doors to the public, H&M will host a VIP launch with special promotions, activities and performances by local DJs.

Grand opening activities will include a countdown performance, and H&M limited-edition bag giveaways for the first 1000 customers.
