Following a first store in Penang, Xiaomi Malaysia is planning to open a second, this time in Kuala Lumpur.

The store will be located inside Kuala Lumpur’s Suria KLCC mall, with visitors already being teased by a huge “Coming Soon” banner shrouding the retail space undergoing renovation.

Xiaomi Malaysia expects the store to be fully operational in October.

Customers can expect popular products such as Mi Air Purifier, Mi Trolley Suitcase, Smart Metal Suitcase and VR headsets beside its smartphones and accessories.

Xiaomi opened its first Malaysian store last April after building brand awareness and market share online at Lazada Malaysia.
