Typical Parisian recipes are the mainstays of the new bistro Terroir Parisien, opened in Landmark Prince’s mall in Central by triple Michelin Star chef Yannick Alléno.
It features a simple menu of tasty and affordable seasonal dishes in a space that features Parisian and French rural images on its walls, and has an open kitchen at the back.
Dishes include mushroom stuffed with snails and shallots, parsley, watercress and garlic butter; calf sweetbread in butter sauce with potato puree; sea scallops in white wine nage with seasonal vegetables; saffron tagliatelle with spinach pesto, hazelnuts and fresh goat cheese; and baba soaked in Grand Marnier with Chantilly whipped cream.
