Big Data for Humans raises $2.25 million
Big Data for Humans, which provides automated customer insights software for retail and travel businesses, has completed a US$2.25 million series-A funding round.
This was led by AirAsia alongside Scottish Investment Bank, the investment arm of Scottish Enterprise, and EC1 Capital. It is aimed at accelerating growth in Big Data’s core retail and travel markets across the Asia Pacific and Europe.
Big Data for Humans, which has a regional office in Singapore, has raised a total of nearly $6.5 million to date.
Meanwhile, the company has launched an upgraded version of its Customer Graph software, which helps marketing teams boost revenue across channels. Its client base includes 7-Eleven, AirAsia, Selfridges and Tesco.
