Dessert Kitchen adding Canada to portfolio

Hong Kong’s The Dessert Kitchen is expanding to Canada.

Known for its Japanese and Taiwanese-style bingsu (shaved ice), jellies, waffles, ice creams, puddings, sundaes and parfaits, the brand will open in Toronto this month.

Its signature desserts and seasonal specialties include mango pomelo sago, matcha Kakigori, ice-stream ramen and sundaes plus hot and cold beverages including teas and espresso, reports Narcity.

With three stores in Hong Kong, The Dessert Kitchen has more than 30 locations worldwide including China and Korea as well as Manila, Melbourne and New York.
