New Butcher’s Kitchen offers flaming beef bowl

Singapore’s first-ever flaming beef bowl has been introduced by new eatery The Butcher’s Kitchen at Suntec City.

Covering 2500sqm, the outlet includes a fresh-meat display just inside its entrance. The venture is part of The Butcher’s Group of Companies, a butchery retailer for more than 15 years in Singapore. The restaurant sources directly and exclusively from select suppliers to ensure meats are free of antibiotics and growth additives.

Customers dining in are offered a choice of grass- and grain-fed meats from Australia and Japan prepared in various styles including a burger. Also on the menu are pizza, sandwiches and bread baked daily, as well as gelato.

Its feature dish is The Butcher’s Flaming Hokkaido Beef Bowl, with the thinly sliced meat stacked over Japanese rice mixed with furikake seasoning and topped with an egg and two signature sauces. This is flamed with Cognac.

There are two options, one using Australian pork and the other Norwegian salmon.
