Lukewarm quarter for Ajisen (China)

While Hong Kong same-store sales dipped for ramen restaurant group Ajisen (China) Holdings, overall sales were marginally up for its first quarter.

The Group’s fast-casual restaurant business in Hong Kong and Mainland China (“PRC”) rose by 0.4 per cent for the period to the end of March.

Hong Kong’s 4.3 per cent dip was slightly corrected out by China’s same-store sales edging up 0.6 per cent.
