Super-luxury K11 Musea revealed as cornerstone of Victoria Dockside

A new K11 museum-retail complex will form part of Hong Kong’s upcoming Victoria Dockside development.

K11 Musea, opening in 2019, will be a central feature of what is being dubbed an ultra high-end experiential retail, art, cultural and dining destination. One of a number of museum-retail malls developed by K11 Group in greater China, the design will showcase 10 storeys of international brands, including many flagship stores, selected for their best-in-class immersive retail experiences.

The mall’s exterior will bring together a fine art collection, over 50,000sqft of greenery, and an amphitheatre equipped with a giant LED screen. The project has been awarded the US Leed (Gold) and the Hong Kong Beam Plus (Gold) standards in green building pre-certifications.

“K11 Musea will also bring great cultural content back to Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront,” he said, “which has lost its legendary charm since the late 90s. K11 Musea will be Hong Kong and Asia’s new cultural destination, where global millennials can come together and discover their muse.”
