Womenswear retailer Reformation is seeking a valuation of up to US$1 billion as it prepares to list on the New York Stock Exchange on July 30. The Permira-backed retailer has strong credentials. It surpassed one million active direct-to-consumer customers last year and lifted annual revenue 15.7 per cent to US$507.1 million. Even so, analysts say investors will be looking beyond the growth story to determine whether the business can deliver stronger profitability and justify its ambitious valuat
