One of the celebration’s highlights was the Chocolate Race held in the So Chocolate retail store in the Terminal 2 Departure Transit. Chocolate prizes valued at S$300 were presented to the winners of the hourly race events.

The promotion was also marked by special deals in airport stores only available on the day, as well as by the appearance of a life-sized chocolate sculpture of the Max the Plane mascot.

It is the first time the airport has observed the international special day.
