Lotte Duty Free Shop Ginza takes Lacoste Le Club to Tokyo

French casual fashion brand Lacoste has opened a new Japanese outlet in Tokyo’s Lotte Duty Free Shop Ginza.

The 50sqm boutique, which targets tourists along with Japanese nationals embarking on overseas travels, is the brand’s first Asia/Pacific location presenting its new Le Club concept, which is designed to resemble a tennis court.

A green concrete panel in the store serves as an homage to Rene Lacoste’s practice wall.

Jean-Louis Delamarre, Lacoste’s CEO Asia Pacific & Global Travel Retail, said: “We are thrilled to open this store in Lotte Duty Free Shop Ginza, Tokyo, which further enhances our presence in Asia and we would like to thank Lotte for their ongoing partnership.”
