Ikea Hong Kong has partnered with local artists to create eight different Ikea vans to showcase its latest home decoration concepts.

The project follows the release of the annual Ikea catalogue used by the artists to plan their mobile artworks – which were driven around Hong Kong during the beginning of September.

Ikea Hong Kong & Macau’s GM Cheryl Gilbert said: “Ikea spends a lot of time visiting homes in Hong Kong and fully appreciates the challenges of the limited living space available to most city-dwellers. We know it’s an everyday struggle to keep that space organised, yet aesthetically stunning, so look out for our uniquely stylised vans and grab our new 2019 Catalogue to help you meet that challenge and put your inspiration into a higher gear!”

The various van concepts are hoped to demonstrate the extended possibilities to combine elements of Ikea’s range to design unique interiors in limited living spaces.
