Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay opens Maze Grill Hong Kong this month, his third restaurant in the territory.
Located at Ocean Terminal, Harbour City in partnership with Dining Concepts, Maze Grill marks Ramsay’s first opening of the steakhouse brand outside of London.
Ramsay owns a number of Michelin-starred restaurants across the globe – including London’s longest-running restaurant to hold a Michelin star award – and is one of only four in the UK to maintain three stars.
The menu features a selection of international and rare breed cuts, fish and poultry dishes, Gordon Ramsay’s signature Beef Wellington, and a range of dishes exclusive to Maze Grill Hong Kong, including Japanese infused starters.
