Park N Parcel seals deal with SingPost

Park N Parcel has made a deal with SingPost to have the former’s collection points included within SingPost’s integrated last-mile platform LaMP, unveiled earlier this month.

The move will see Park N Parcel’s network of 1600 registered parcel collectors integrated within SingPost’s new system.

A statement issued by SingPost said: “The technology-agnostic platform is able to mesh partner providers like Park N Parcel with SingPost assets, including PopStations, parcel lockers and brick-and-mortar collection points, into a unified network, providing unparalleled control and flexibility for deliveries.”

SingPost’s group chief digital and technology officer Alex Tan said the collaboration will be the first of many as the company reaches out across the region. “It represents an important step in elevating industry standards as well as enhancing customer experience in the last-mile logistics landscape.”

Plans are underway for SingPost to bring in several other retail and logistics partners into the system, including an Indonesian last-mile operator with 1500 collection points in 58 cities.
