Atelier Cologne travel retail concept store debuts in Malaysia

Atelier Cologne Travel Retail Asia Pacific has debuted its Southeast Asia airport pop-up concept at KLIA.

The store is inspired by Atelier Cologne boutiques worldwide, revealing information about the brand’s history and stories behind each fragrance. Highlighted activities at the store involve a personalised fragrance profiling session by fragrance experts and customised case engravings.

Senior GM for commercial services, Malaysia airports Nazli Aziz said: “We want to make our airports a must-visit shopping destination for everyone and not just as a transportation hub. Having an international and prestigious brand such as Atelier Cologne launch its Southeast Asia’s first airport pop-up concept at KLIA is a validation of Malaysia Airports effort in creating joyful experiences.

“In line with our Commercial reset strategy to raise the retail profile of our international airports in Malaysia, we will continue to pioneer premium retailtainment concept and introduce highly desirable brands at KLIA to enhance the passengers’ retail experience.”

The pop-up will be open until the end of February, while a background display of the Parisian skyline set up for the launch event will remain in place through December.
