Mellower Coffee lands in Ho Chi Minh City

Chinese specialty coffee Mellower Coffee has opened first Vietnam boutique, in Ho Chi Minh City.

Debuting in Vietnam on the first floor of Deutsches Haus building on Le Duan Street, the boutique features a new concept of “coffee + light food”, with salads, banh mi (Vietnamese-style sandwiches) and selected French desserts available all day.

It also promises three new products inspired by local culture: Saigon Impression, Ice Lemon Juice and One Kaffee.

A second store will launch by the end of this year.

According to research by Mellower Coffee, Vietnam’s coffee industry is gradually growing and following a stable, sustainable business model.

The chain is planning stores in Hong Kong as well as opening stores in Los Angeles this August.

Mellower currently has more than 80 stores worldwide, including Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Singapore and South Korea.
