Popular Japanese ramen chain Ichiran will open a pop-up at Takashimaya Singapore’s Japan Food Matsuri event.

The stall will serve just 700 bowls of the tonkotsu-based ramen daily between October 3–20 at Takashimaya Square. The originally 60s-era brand’s noodles are well-known for their rich pork bone broth and spicy sauce, and sells in outlets from Hong Kong to New York. 

It is also known for its private seats with side shutters for uninterrupted dining.

The store will also be selling instant noodles, with 200 three-pack boxes available daily.
