Singapore virtual fashion festival planned for August

The Front Row, a Singapore virtual fashion festival, has been announced for August, showcasing regional labels.

Organised by Daniel Boey Creatives and AP Media and supported by Enterprise Singapore, the 10-day virtual fashion show is a free-to-view virtual event, allowing visitors to access various regional fashion labels from their own connected devices.

The Front Row will present 25 homegrown labels including Elohim by Sabrina Goh, Ginlee Studio, Graye and Holtan Vibes. These brands will introduce their latest collections through fashion videos, interactive panels, workshops and talks.

“We hope The Front Row’s innovative and entertaining platform can help to further enhance the digital presence of our local fashion, especially those making inroads to the industry,” said Daniel Boey, creative director of The Front Row.

The Front Row will also feature an online platform called Virtual Fashion Village where visitors can purchase their favourite items.

“In a landmark collaboration between fashion and technology that creates an opportunity for fashion designers, digital creatives and technology developers to come together, we are creating a digital fashion revolution that is relevant even more now than before,” Boey said.

The Front Row Singapore virtual fashion festival will take place from August 20 to 29, from its website.
