Singapore-based sports-goods retailer Outdoor Venture has launched a lifestyle concept store at Westgate Mall.
Named Sport & Lifestyle, the store occupies a 7500sqft area, featuring a wide selection of urban wear, travel and sports & lifestyle brands including The North Face, Patagonia, Salomon, Osprey, Moleskine and Gregory.
“Our store aims to offer a convenient and seamless shopping experience, but it is not the sole mission of the store,” said Albert Oh, GM of Sports & Lifestyle. “We’re now focused on creating an environment that is product centric.”
Oh said the team is looking for a strategic location for a second outlet.
According to the company, the in-store environments are designed for longevity to avoid the need for wasteful refurbishing throughout the years. Sport & Lifestyle store’s flash sales will stock new products and in-demand pieces every month.
Founded in 2005, Outdoor Venture operates 19 retail points of sale across Singapore and Malaysia under brands The North Face, specialty running store chain Running Lab and outdoor lifestyle concept, Liv Activ.
