King Power has unveiled its refurbished retail offer at Suvarnabhumi airport, which was built in partnership with global luxury brands it represents in the duty-free space.

Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, chief executive of King Power Group, said the retail space was designed to create a world-class duty-free shopping destination.

“The makeover is inspired by our renowned banner ‘World Junction’ that has branched out into world fashion, world beauty and world duty-free all converging to create the ‘Duty-Free, World-Class Shopping Destination’, a phenomenon that will make Suvarnabhumi the perfect regional aviation centre,” said Srivaddhanaprabha.

In addition, he added a revamped branding campaign would strengthen the image of Suvarnabhumi airport as a place for world-class flagship stores of luxury products and one of the top airport duty-free operators.

The renovation assembles more than 20 flagship stores of luxury brands, including Cartier, Hermes, Ferragamo, Bottega Veneta, and Saint Laurent. King Power also partners with Louis Vuitton and Gucci. Louis Vuitton opened its first store at the airport and Gucci uses a video wall to promote goods at its Suvarnabhumi store.

King Power has also refurbished its World Duty-Free area which offers items such as liquor, snacks, and souvenirs as well as local Thai local products.
